This free prize draw is operated for, and administered by, The Language Factory, whose registered office is Suite 7, Phoenix House, 63 Campfield Road, St Albans, AL1 5FL, UK.

Entry criteria

This free prize draw is open to customers of The Language Factory who have completed a feedback survey in relation to a translation project with The Language Factory.

One feedback survey is permitted per project, as identified by a unique The Language Factory project number.

One prize draw entry is permitted with each completed feedback survey.

Maximum of one person per entry. Maximum one prize per entry.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over at time of entry.

How to enter

Feedback survey respondents indicate their willingness to be entered through question 9 of The Language Factory feedback survey, operated on Survey Monkey.

The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry.

Prize winners and notification

Prize draw winners will be chosen at random on the prize allocation date, from pool of entrants gathered in the time period since the preceding allocation date.

There will be 3 winners for this prize draw on each drawing occasion.

Each winner will receive a £20 gift voucher or may nominate a charity of their choice to be the recipient of a donation to the value of the prize.

Prizes will be allocated for forms completed within each quarter.

The winners will be notified by The Language Factory by email within three working days of the draw.

To be eligible to claim the prize, winners must respond to the prize notification message within 7 days. Failure to respond within the requested period will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. The Language Factory reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.

Unless expressly stated within these terms and conditions, all expenses relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The recipient may not elect to receive a cash payment in lieu of their prize, or any part of their prize.

The Language Factory decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.

Liability

The Language Factory does not accept any liability for:

• Any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize
• Any network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.

Cessation of free prize draw

The Language Factory may, at any time, withdraw from operating this prize draw with no obligation or liability to outstanding entrants.

Amendments

The Language Factory reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Personal details

The Language Factory will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this prize draw, including prize fulfilment.

Legal standing

This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize(s)), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion (including the prize(s)).
